The MICHIGANDERS Podcast
Myself along with Samuel Fitzpatrick and my brother Christopher Pilon founded The Michiganders Podcast. We are not actively producing the show right now. Our last host was Coty Kuschinsky, a previous WNEM TV5 news reporter.
Innovating The Midland MI Mall
In 2019, a once thriving mall back in its prime had lost its major anchor stores like JC Penny and Younkers as well as many other smaller stores inside and surrounding the mall. It has been struggling in a time when online-based companies like Amazon are changing retail landscape and market preference to online based shopping experiences.
Myself along with two fellow Northwood University seniors collaborated with the Midland Mall management and then owner Felix Reznick under the direction of our Professor/Adviser Erin Zimmer to re-imagine the Midland Mall as our capstone project.
